Visa and invitation

In order for us to process the letter of invitation for your application for a Business Visitor Visa we will need the information listed below

1.    Your name and title
2.    Title of your presentation at the congress
3.    Your mailing address
4.    You affiliate institution/organization
5.    Dates for your visit
6.    Address in the UK (if known)
7.    Photocopy of the photograph page of your passport

Please note that if any required information is missing your request may be delayed.
In case you are not sure if you need a visa or not, here you can find a list with the countries whose nationals need visa to enter UK. Please note that you need to apply for a Business Visitor Visa to attend the Congress.
